Returns & Refunds
We offer refunds or exchanges on undamaged items purchased online or in-store within 14 days of the date of delivery or in-store purchase. If you have chosen the ‘pick-up’ option, these 14 days begin once you have collected your item.
In order to receive an exchange, the item(s) must be unworn and in perfect condition, with all garment tags still attached and in their original packaging. Refunds will be made via the original payment method. Please try items on with care.
If you decide to return something, please ensure that it is in perfect condition. This means that is must be clean, unworn and unwashed. Items returned to us in a non-sellable condition, will not be refunded and will be sent back to you. If you wish to return part of a set, the whole set must be returned in perfect condition to receive a refund. Your refund will be processed within 5 working days of receiving your return.
Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns. If you decide you would like a refund, shipping costs will be deducted.
We do not offer returns on bespoke / specialised orders.
We do not offer refunds on sale items or orders where a promotional code has been applied.

If items are received that have their tags removed, appear visibily wore, are returned outside of the return window or in any otherway unacceptable for a return, you will need to arrange these to be sent back at your own cost.
Due to our unique, sustainably driven made-to-order model, our production team are set up to cut, sew and ship all orders as quickly as possible. We are only able to modify or cancel an order if it is within 24 hours of purchase. You are welcome to return items you no longer wish to keep for a refund or exchange once they have been received.
